Instant Pot Mania
So, I received an Instant Pot as a Christmas present from my children. And girl, I was not disappointed! Entertaining 10 people for Christmas and New Year’s dinners, I was able to quickly and perfectly cook a pernil (pork roast) and curried goat, which were big hits. Last week, my son visited and I was able to to take frozen pork chops out of the freezer and have dinner ready in 25 minutes. Finding recipes and full Instant Pot menus online is a Google search away- so easy!
As a person who doesn’t cook often, when I do, I like it to be worth my time. And, not take a lot of time. So this product works perfectly for me! Stay tuned as I live with it a little longer! If you have tips or tricks for using the Instant Pot, please leave a comment!
