Renewal 2021

I love spring! It’s my favorite season. It kicks off with the Easter bunny, flowering tulips, tree buds, and Daylight Savings time. As I re-acclimate to the Northeast, I’m in awe of the earth as she re-awakens from her deep sleep of winter. The sun warms the earth and change is everywhere.

Coincidentally, the COVID-19 pandemic surpasses its 1 year anniversary of complete global domination and our submission to its will. With vaccinations underway, there is a light at the end of the tunnel. There is hope and optimism reminiscent of springtime that we can enjoy life more fully sometime soon.

As Mother’s Day approaches, remember to renew, recharge and relax! Cleaning out closets, adopting new habits, shopping for summer fashion, enjoying the warm weather with a hike or glass of tea feels good. Connect with loved ones but connect with yourself first!
